Our aim is to be the best fish & chips in Denmark and We are as excited now as when we started.

In our over 6 years experience, we perfected the recipes and started getting all our fish supplies locally, so we can offer you the freshest fish caught by local fishermen and distributed by FinFisk in the Sjælland area and P.Clausens Fiskehandel in the Jylland area.

OUR JOURNEY

The Fish Project was founded 6 years ago in Copenhagen by a young couple, Alexandra and Marius. All they wanted and wished for was to create one of the best Fish & Chips and bring a piece of Great Britain to Denmark.

We were first called Crazy Chips, mostly because our concept was crazy good. People start recognizing and appreciating us, and we grew to be known as the best Fish & Chips in Copenhagen. We then added more fish related products and we extended to Jylland and realised we needed to grow.

This way The Fish Project was born!
